Introduction and Day 1
(links to other days below)
Welcome to Finding Inner Peace: 7 Days of Teachings and Meditations with Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng. We are so happy you’re joining us and tuning in to “the deeper Self”—the unchanging Presence that is always available to us. Living from this field of alert Stillness will be the focus of our next seven days together.
Each morning you’ll receive a brief email with a link to the daily practice. Each practice is less than 15 minutes in length. We recommend setting aside uninterrupted time in the morning and evening each day to support your practice.
Thank you for being a part of the Eckhart Teachings community. We hope you enjoy the teachings and practices.

By living in alignment with the present moment, you also align your will with the universal will, which you could call “the will of God.” The ego will want to enhance or strengthen one’s sense of self—the “me,” the “I.” But there is a divine consciousness, one consciousness—an evolutionary impulse. What we are doing here at every moment is to align ourselves with that.
Whatever wants to be created, manifested, done at this moment—to be aligned with that, you need to first accept whatever form this moment takes. Single out this moment only.
For example, if you are stuck in the mud somewhere, you don’t say, “Okay, I am in the mud, I have to accept it, and here I am. I’m not taking any action because I have to accept what is.” This moment is already always as it is, and there’s nothing you can do about that. That’s what you accept. By accepting the moment as it is, you create an opening. You can then choose to take the next step, and that step will be much more powerful.
Be aligned with the “isness”—people, situations, whatever—this is already as it is.
Become friendly with what is, and you become intelligent.
You and the Universe become one. That’s the beauty of it.
