Location
Costa Navarino is situated in the Navarino Dunes area of Messinia on the Peloponnese peninsula of Greece, offering one of the most stunning scenic landscapes of the Mediterranean. Largely untouched by tourism, Costa Navarino harbors cultural values, traditions, and a history of more than 4,500 years. Costa Navarino rests on a breathtaking stretch of sandy beach along the coast of the Ionian Sea—and is within driving distance of UNESCO World Heritage Sites including famous Olympia, Mystras, and the Temple of Apollo Epicurius, as well as Ancient Messene and the Palace of Nestor.
Lodging
Lodging at The W Costa Navarino is included in this special offer. The retreat talks and Presence Through Movement sessions will be held in the Grand Ballroom, located between The Westin and Romanos, Costa Navarino. Shuttles will be provided from The W Costa Navarino, which is located further along the beach, 10 minutes away daily for retreat talks.
Please book directly with The Westin Costa Navarino, Romanos or The W Costa Navarino. Lodging costs are paid separately and are not included in your retreat tuition.

Dining
Your special room lodging rate at the retreat hotels includes three daily meals for retreat participants beginning on Sunday evening, September 15, and ending with lunch on Friday, September 20.
Breakfast and lunch will be offered as a buffet for retreat participants. For dinner, you will have the option to join other participants at the private buffet or use a meal credit at one of the many restaurants The Westin Costa Navarino has to offer. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available.

Optional Activities
We invite you to sign up to participate in one or more optional activities to explore Greece during your retreat. Activity options include a tour of Methoni Castle, a day trip to the Ancient City of Messina, a day trip to the birthplace of the Olympics, a Greek olive oil tasting, a boat cruise of Navarino Bay, and hiking around the Navarino bay and beaches.
All activities are scheduled in the mornings and will NOT conflict with any of Eckhart’s presentations. Each attendee will be given the option to participate in a Presence Through Movement workshop with Kim Eng on one morning of the retreat, and the activities can be booked on the alternate mornings. We will also have a full free day to explore the area on Wednesday, September 18, ending with a talk with Eckhart that evening.
Activities will be produced by our destination management partner, Horizon Travel, and are in private groups led by highly qualified guides. Activities are paid to and scheduled directly with Horizon. We suggest that you register for your retreat and schedule your movement session with Kim Eng first, then book your activities with Horizon. Activities and shuttle services are paid separately through Horizon Travel.

- Where is the retreat being held?
This is a residential retreat on a gated property, which means that you are required to stay at one of the Costa Navarino hotels: The Westin Costa Navarino, The Romanos Costa Navarino, or The W Costa Navarino.

- Are refunds available?
This special offer is non-refundable. We have passed the refund date of July 1, 2024. We do allow you to transfer your enrollment to another person through selling your ticket or gifting it. In order to transfer, you must contact us at support@eckharttolle.com.
The retreat is refundable until July 1, 2024, less a $100 cancellation fee per person. The Service Fee ($13) is non-refundable. Refund requests will be processed in 30 days. After July 1, 2024, cancellation requests and refund requests will not be accepted except in cases of medical necessity or emergency, for the participant or immediate family members, with proper documentation. We do allow you to transfer your enrollment to another person through selling your ticket or gifting it. In order to transfer, you must contact us at support@eckharttolle.com.
